In a strategic move to enhance executive meetings, Online Instruments was tasked with redesigning a 24-seat boardroom for a top-tier Big 4 Consulting and Auditing company. This room is primarily used by the top leadership team and requires advanced technological integrations to support dynamic, high-stakes decision-making processes, ensuring that every participant, whether present physically or joining remotely, receives equal visibility and audibility.
Challenges
The main challenge was to create an environment where technology complements the natural flow of discussion, allowing every participant to contribute equally without any technical hindrances. This included the need for high-quality video and audio capture, personal interaction through content sharing, and seamless integration of both local and remote communications.

- Preview Monitor: Each seat is equipped with a 15-inch preview touch monitor that allows participants to view details, annotate directly, and share insights with both near and far-end participants seamlessly.
- Wired & Wireless Connectivity: Flexible content-sharing capabilities ensure participants can easily share information through their preferred medium.
- Zoom UC Calls: Integration with Zoom Unified Communications facilitates one-touch meeting joins, enhancing accessibility and usability.
- Intelligent Camera System: Six strategically placed cameras ensure every participant is visually represented during the meeting, especially when speaking.
- Single Touch Panel Control: An intuitive control system simplifies the management of calls, content, and meeting settings.
